    We are presently looking for a production planner / dispatcher (m/f/d).

    Your responsibilities:

     

    Focus on production planning with etagis APS:

    • Project responsibility for the implementation of an APS system (etagis APS) for production planning and control
    • Establishment of the organizational structure for the areas of purchasing, production and sales
    • Analysis and elimination of deviations between abas ERP and etagis APS
    • Support and responsibility for production planning in etagis APS
    • Creation of documentation as well as process and work instructions

    Focus on disposition:

    • Demand-related disposition of technically sophisticated components and external services, as well as on-time assurance of trouble-free production
    • Determination of priorities according to customer deadlines, capacity planning and cost optimization
    • Deadline monitoring as well as analysis and evaluation of deviations
    • Elimination of supply bottlenecks and initiation of action
    • Inventory management and controlling in due consideration of internal and external influences
    • Customer order review and scheduling
    • Interdisciplinary cooperation with the specialist departments
    • Definition, writing and creation of process instructions / work instructions
    • Continuous optimization of processes

    Your profile:

    • Technical job training
    • Further training as a technician, master craftsman, specialist or a study would be an advantage
    • Several years of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing company in the metal industry
    • Analytical approach combined with problem-solving skills
    • Experience in working with ERP systems
    • Good to very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
    • Ability to work in a team, communication skills, assertiveness
    • Communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and customers
    • Written and spoken English skills are desirable

  • Machine Fitter CNC-grinding (m/f/d)
    Production More details

    We are presently looking for a

    Machine Fitter CNC-grinding (m/f/d)
    Internal and external grinding and tooth flank grinding

     

    Your responsibilities:

    • Setting up and operating CNC-controlled grinding machines
      (according to the given drawings and test plans)
    • Creation of new CNC programs and setting sheets
    • Corrections or optimizations of existing programs
    • Continuous monitoring of production processes according to quality specifications
    • Operating measuring machines and documenting test and measurement results
    • Maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment
    • Small series / single part production
    • Contribution of ideas for the optimization of workflows and production processes

    Your profile:

    • Completed training as an industrial mechanic or cutting machine operator
    • Several years of professional experience in handling CNC machines and their controls
      > Ideally experience with the Fanuc control 31i
    • Good programming skills
    • Confident reading of construction drawings
    • Instinctive feeling with tolerances in the μm range
    • High awareness of quality and deadlines
    • Independent and self-reliant way of working
    • Willingness to work in shifts
    • Good knowledge of German, both written and spoken

    Your profile:

    • A completed apprenticeship as an industrial or machining mechanic or
    • Several years of professional experience in the operation of CNC machines with knowledge of measurement technology
